Wonderful place to stay

Gintherhof was the highlight of our 3 weeks trip to Austria and Germany. The house is in a quiet area close to restaurants and with easy access to sights. We were offered an upgrade, the available apt which is at the top of the house. Such a nice surprise! It was so spacious with a large living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Immaculate rooms, super confortable bed. Elaborate breakfast with the generous offer to take some food for our lunch. The available coffee/tea and delicious homemade cakes in the afternoon were much appreciated after hours of visiting. What made our stay so special was the friendliness of Annelies. She is a kind, caring and welcoming host, always ready to help in any way. We enjoyed nice conversations and the tips on things to do. We had the chance to meet her father who was so nice and made sure we were well equipped for our excursions. We stayed 3 nights. We were sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer.

With Annelies and family it is simply fantastic. Best accommodation and great service.
A holiday at the Gintherhof is great.
Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the hosts are incredibly warm and fulfill all wishes.

Fantastic

A warm welcome, very friendly hostess. The rooms were very clean. A card with a handwritten welcome message and a nicely made bed made the entrance completely special. Breakfast was also fantastic. Table already set and wide choice of homemade bread. We were even allowed to spread extra bread on the way to our final destination.

Unforgettable stay

We stayed one night at Gintherhof . The place, the location , the hospitality were so great that we did not want to leave. The rooms were so cozy, the beds so comfortable. The breakfast and presentation were 5 stars. Anelies is the best host. I highly recommend the place not only because it close to the castle. I wish I spent more time there
