From good to not optimal, but still nice that this hotel exists in this region.

Good location for walks in the Gesäuse, nice and friendly staff, breakfast and dinner was good.
The room was large and modern, unfortunately the shower in the area of the wall and floor tiles was moldy, we also saw that in the small wellness area.
Furthermore, I do not think optimal that for an outdoor parking space a parking fee of 5€ / day is charged, these are costs that are incurred, how or where else the hotel guests should park. The parking is part of the hotel and is not rented, so the parking price should be calculated equal to the room rate, that would be more honest.
I would still book again, value for money is already OK, unfortunately is also saved in this hotel with the staff that was noted more often.

Very clean and comfortable room - thick, memory foam pillows and many blankets. Wellness center was also clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and professional. On-site breakfast and dinner available. A nice place to take a rest.

Disappointing for the money paid. Dinner service was poor. White wine served when asked for red. Bottle just dumped in bucket at table, not opened or poured. No checking if food was ok which also wants festive sin menu. Buffet salad was not a buffet but a small aid salad pre prepared.

Spa/pool amenities were great. Rooms were clean. Quiet in general. Restaurant/ service/food meet expectations. Friendly, and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities in a cute little town. Best breakfast we have ever had! Wonderful view.
