The taps need replacing as they do not work properly and appear dirty as they have been previously painted. The theft signs throughout the property also made the stay uncomftable

First impression from doorway, unmade bed with very stained mattress and mop bucket still in bathroom smelt awful , manager came to make bed [ no underlay on mattress] sheet straight on stained mattress, slept on top not good

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay.
Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment.
The hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved.

Motel was a comfortable option for a short stopover. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, kettle, fridge and microwave and hot shower. Room was clean, though tired looking.
The only downside would be they have families that look like they are housed there and they can be noisy during the night. That said, myself and my car were safe and secure during our stay. Also convenient location.

Do not even bother to book, sadly its unpleasant and way below par, below basic standards and is just awful!. Choose wisely!

Very Disappointing-nothing is delivered, everything is below par, nothing meets the description, seriously, best this revised as a below budget, horrible sub-par disaster masquerading as a 4 star motel, conference centre, promoting a restaurant executive rooms and breakfast, well here's the reality!.
Yes its accessible on a noisy main road, no sound insulation, yes it looks flash from the street, inside, its a plain brick ghetto, reception is low key, sure a new manager, yet joviality does not provide value, staff have no idea of your booking selection, just hand you a key, oh, wrong standard, " well we don't allocate", its up to the agent", then the rom, we booked Executive king, the highest room, the highest rate, we were given a key to an upstairs room, a queen bed, dirty carpet, smelly, reception on request handed a key to an "executive king", however it was far from executive!. Dirty smelly carpet, no Bedside lamps, no comforts of decor, uber basic, Spartan and the extra single said King Family, not Executive King!, Old decor 70's ish, cracked basin, empty pump lotion and gels in bathroom, dirty cistern bowl., sadly this offering is claimed to be 4 star+, its less than 2. Very disappointing and frankly it should not be open.
Now for the rest, advertised with a restaurant, its long since closed, charged for included breakfast, there is none, nothing, not even an apology.
Bottom line please do your self a favour and avoid like the plague. I've stayed in hundreds of accommodations across the World and this approaches the worst of the worst!.
