The Adnate
Central location is fantastic with a Wilson’s car park just behind with rear access to hotel. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff great. Small gym.
Good in house breakfast and restaurant. There is also an excellent bar a a small pool kids loved.

Thank you for this. Glad the Wilson's car park behind the hotel made getting in and out easy, and that the room, the gym, breakfast, the bar and the pool all landed well for the whole family. Good to hear the kids enjoyed the pool too.

Excellent hotel, perfect beds.
We recently stayed for 6 nights in two twin rooms as Gold Accor members. The beds were the best beds I have ever slept on - so much so, that I am ordering one for home.
The rooms were sparkling clean and everyday made up to perfection again. The fact that each and every day 4 towels and 4 wash cloths were provided is something you do not get in a lot of hotels these days. Any extra requests like shower caps and vanity kits were provided cheerfully by house keeping.
The reception staff were helpful and friendly and greeted us each time we entered and left the hotel.
We didn’t use the pool (winter) but sat by it for a drink and it was a lovely back drop to the bar. I’m not sure what it would be like to be at the bar in summer with children swimming and splashing in the pool next to you!
The Accor gold member welcome gift was a lovely bottle of wine and welcome card. The free drink selection was limited in the bar but enough options to meet our tastes.
The shower was plenty big enough with good heating and water pressure.
I will gladly stay again any time we are in Perth. I’ve stayed at hotels at least 28 nights this year and this is by far my favourite stay.
We had breakfast once at the hotel. The buffet selection was the normal amount however there was a lack of staff to keep the areas cleared and food topped up. However this may have been a one off occasion.
No free accor room upgrade as we specifically needed the Twin room

Six nights and this much detail, thank you. Hearing the beds are good enough to buy one for home is about the best compliment we can get. Glad the daily service held up the whole stay, towels, wash cloths and all, and that housekeeping sorted your extra requests without any fuss.
The Gold welcome and the reception team greeting you each time you came and went are exactly what we want that status to feel like. Sorry the buffet wasn't kept as topped up as it should have been that one morning, I'll mention it to the breakfast team.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The pool and bar is amazing and staff are so friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect too, with places in the city a walk away and so close to the station too.

Very nice hotel
Really nice hotel in good location as walking distance to most things and public transport. Our room was spacious and clean and nicely done. Suggest you request a room on higher floors for the view of the city. Breakfast was ok but have had better (e.g. no omelet which my husband likes). Handy with the paid parking facilities next door. Plenty of bars and restaurants in neighbourhood. The only downside were the rather many homeless on Hay st.

Great choice
From check in to check out we could not have asked for anything more. The friendly, informative greeting from Mac at reception was just the start. The room was large , clean and well appointed, the restaurant was a pleasure to eat in with quality food and good choice (special mention to Chloe attending to all required smiling all the way). Breakfast was plentiful and also quality. We could not have asked for a better stay in Perth and highly recommend!
