Perfect location but this apartment is really in need of refurbishment

We stayed in a 2 bedrooms with seaview apartments 309. Spacious and by the sea. Location was excellent- very short walking distance to shops and restaurants and bars. 5 km to a Westfield. However the interior of kitchen, bathroom and other furniture and shutters were very old and really in need of refurbishment.

Lovely room with everything we needed. Was handy to have a washer and dryer. Parking included and was easy to get a spot. Staff were lovely. Scarborough is a stunning location, would love to come back at warmer time of year.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.
The location is perfect for all Scarborough Beach has to offer.
This is our second stay and would definitely recommend.
