Great Stay
Found the Apartment to be very clean and self-sufficient i enjoyed the stay as it was only a short walk to the beach and was very quiet and peaceful and the staff were friendly

Worth the money!
We had a wonderful stay at Quest Rockingham. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. They went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and safely storing it in their storage room, which made our travel plans much easier. They also accommodated a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was very convenient. The excellent customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Quest Rockingham to anyone visiting the area.

Damaged car , lazy staff and nothing but lies
Had my car reversed into in the parking spaces , staff just gave me the run around in regards to video footage , like they were not interested or couldn’t be bothered , call after call they say there is none , guess if your car gets damaged don’t expect much help from the lazy staff .
Disappointed considering I was going through some hard times and stayed a few nights , left the car there under instructions that the car would be safe and all cars are insured .
Don’t listen to the lies these people tell you .
Will not recommend or will I ever go back to this pit off a place

I was very sorry to hear about the damage to your car and the frustration this has caused you. I understand you were going through a difficult period during your stay, and having an incident like this occur certainly doesn't help.
I want to clarify the situation regarding the CCTV and our process. Reviewing several days of footage to pinpoint a specific moment does take considerable time, and our team has been working through that. However, the other party involved in the incident has already been in touch with us and has provided their full insurance details.
As we understand it, the insurance company will be the point of contact to resolve the claim. We are more than happy to provide any CCTV footage we have directly to the insurers or the police once they reach out to us to formalise the request.
While we provide the parking space as a convenience for our guests. Much like any other car park, incidents between two vehicles are a matter for the individuals involved and their respective insurance companies under standard road rules. We don't have any direct liability for the actions of other drivers, but we will certainly cooperate with the official insurance process to help you get this sorted.

Appartment rooms are VERY clean with secure car park and close to cafes and the foreshore of Rockingham.
