5 stars

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The facility’s were well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed and we would highly recommend this caravan park to anyone thinking of staying here.

Time to spend some money to bring it up to standard

A super place to take small children. It appears not to have had any upgrades for some years. The coffee table in Unit 100 was so old you would not eat off it. It should have been replaced years ago. The bathroom mirror so old it was rusted from the back. The bunk beds when you looked up from the bottom had graffitti written in around 2013, time to replace and these items do not cist a lot. The security entrance was broken for the 3 days we were there, and apart from the girls in the office and some maintenance men there did not appear to be a visual manager. In the era of 4 wheel drives people did take care when driving through the complex. The pool area absolutely fantastic, again not one person from the site was ever seen there as older kids ran wild jumping in at dangerous rocky spots. Not signage to advise differently.
The cafe area fantastic brilliant food and great staff. I had heard great things about this place but it is now really quite run down especially the villas. Money needs to be spent we paid around $300 per night or a bit less

Disgusting customer service

I have stayed here for over 5 weeks. I asked to depart two days earlier than the end of my booking date, due to a family emergency back in Queensland, that requires me to fly back there. I gave them a weeks notice and simply requested the two days as a credit to use on a new booking, at this same resort when I returned back to Perth in three weeks time. Unbelievably, they refused! The customer service here is disgusting. They bluntly said, “it’s in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when making the booking that you can’t have any credit or a refund”.
I wanted to come back here and stay again for long term, but this situation, over two days of credit has now resulted in me hating this resort, writing terrible reviews, and now wanting to stay somewhere else instead, hopefully where they appreciate and respect their customers. I’m in utter shock.

Generally unimpressed

Decent campgrounds as long as you aren’t up the eastern end. We stayed March long weekend, playground was so loud with screaming kids till 10pm every night (lots of ‘free range’ parenting going on), so if you have little kids it’s pretty hard to get them to sleep. Also facilities down that end are tired and run down. If we stay again, which is unlikely, will definitely avoid this part of the park! Don’t think it warrants the rave reviews it gets, definitely stayed in better places for less.

Containers for change

Having been here many times and seen the development over the yrs glad to know it's all working in this ideal location.
The only thing I could criticise is that people have really got into containers for change and we could only find one bin for this in the park which was a considerable distance from our site. Sad that in most parks there is some organization that will collect them and benefit from it. Here noticed they were put in the rubbish bins cause no other option. Surely this could be remedied.
Very disappointing.
