This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all payments for accommodation bookings are subject to a $300.00 bond on arrival. For credit card payments a $300.00 pre-authorisation is taken, this pre-authorisation will be released on departure after the guest room is inspected. The funds are released immediately by property after inspection. For cash payments including EFTPOS a $300.00 cash bond is required and this is refunded after the guest room is inspected. The property accepts the following credit cards- Visa and Mastercard. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This ID or credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Your key must be returned upon check out, or a penalty fee of $200 will apply. Please note the reception and bar opening hours are as follows: 07:30–20:00 daily. Please note the room service and restaurant hours are as follows: - Room service and restaurant breakfast from 07:30–11:00 daily - In-room and dinner in the restaurant, bar or garden courtyard from 17:00–20:00 Wednesday–Saturday. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
