Nice small hotel. No restaurant or bar, but others close outside on waterfront.
Quiet and east transport to city by bus or train.

So good I didn't want to come home

In Perth for a conference at Optus Stadium. East Perth Suites was ideally located. Good eateries and coffee plus great IGA within a stone's throw. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed room in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to Claisebrook Stn. Probably the nicest place I've ever stayed for work, and there have been many over the decades.

Conveniently situated close to free bus transport, plenty of cafes and bars, supermarket, and sporting grounds. Comfortable and reasonably peaceful.

Excellent Stay, Would Happily Return

I had an excellent stay at East Perth Suites Hotel and would happily return. My room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The East Perth location is very unique, especially for travellers who like being close enough to walk into the CBD while still enjoying a quieter area by the river. I found the walk easy and convenient, and there were also plenty of cafes and transport options nearby. Every staff member I met was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with questions or local advice. Their service made the stay feel amzing from check-in to departure. The gym was fairly basic, but it was clean and adequate for a short workout. Overall, this was a wonderful Perth base with great service, clean rooms, and an ideal location. Five stars from me.
