Not worth the money
Very disappointed with our stay here.
- "Private bathroom" is not attached, or even next to the room. You have to walk down the hall past multiple other people's rooms. In the larger bathroom (which we got moved to because when we arrived there was not toilet roll in the initial one. And none to be found anywhere) there is no door for the sink area, so it's not private at all
- The room amenities listed on booking.com are actually shared facilities. So you're paying for a room that contains a bed, some storage, a portable air conditioner, and a view. The view is hands down the best thing about this place, but ot worth the money for the rest of it
- There is no laundry. You're given a list of house rules and instructed to use a laundromat instead. Part of the criteria I used to book this place is that they stated there was a washing machine and dryer available. As we are here for a sporting tournament. I could have looked past rhe rest of it if the owners response hadn't been so flippant and rude in regards to this (See below)
- It is not particularly clean. There's mold in the bathrooms, and the previous users hair and hair shavings on the floor. The kitchen is dusty
- The kitchenette is minimal. There is an electric "oven"/grill (that's tiny, you can fit a couple of slices of bread or couple of burger in there), a toaster, and microwave, and an oven. Each room has a bar fridge in the dining area
- It's noisy. You have hear the owner yelling
All in all this is not worth the money you're paying. At almost $200 a night I'd expect toilet paper in the bathrooms, a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service from the owners, and better kitchen facilities. They're purposely misleading in the advertisement of this place on booking.com with the list of facilities. Don't waste your money, there's much nicer places for the same amount without a list of "house rules" like you're a child.
I tried to discuss some of these issues with the owner and ask for a refund for our last 2 nights and got a rude response about "the terms and conditions on booking.com being clear". They were silent on their failure to meet their conditions though ♀️

Worst accommodation ever
For $160 for one night I expected at least an en-suite. Thus property I booked a queen room, It had a double bed. The sheet was so thing you could see writing on the mattress underneath. On closer inspection it had no mattress protector. Was shared bathroom, kitchenette. When checking in you had to sign a list of rules that you would not drink or eat in bedroom. You would remove shoes inside property. No lights to be left on or extra charge. And many more. There were no bedside tables, no fan, and a portable aircon that sat in room. Understandable there were no other guests staying. There is no individual parking. Not happy at all.
