JUST NO!!
I needed to change a booking. Totally my fault and I admitted to it. I rang three times and requested to speak to someone who could help with my problem. I was promised return calls which didn't come. On the third occasion I was insistent that I speak to the manager. He was rude. This was for a booking in Feb 2027 so it shouldn't have been a big problem. Anyway, I've cancelled all together. I don't need this in my life. Read the reviews folks.

I cannot believe I made the mistake of booking your hole of an establishment , my wife , her mum and myself felt disgusted when we walked into our accommodation, the blinds were ripped , the inside pillows were dirty , floorboards creaked as we walked, carpets were disgusting, and we felt totally insecure and unsafe in each room , I am a Naval veteran and stayed all over the world , your establishment is the worst I have ever come across , we left 2hrs after checking in , 3 rooms weren't slept in at all , I would sincerely ask for refund before I totally go public with this

As soon as we all walked into the foyer i knew i had made a mistake , people cooking in the communal kitchen , only 2 people allowed in elevator , and the walk down the cheaply carpeted hallway to paint peeling doors . This isnt a hotel , its an expensive hostel ,and we felt very unsafe . We walked out after checking into both our rooms , i felt sick for booking this hovel for my wife and mother , we walked out 2 hrs later to a BnB 6mins up the road And NEVER LOOKED BACK , the building should be condemmed. it was my mistake that i didnt check reviews , as a lot of people feel the same, TOTAL RIPOFF

DISGUSTING
When I checked in late in the evening, it was immediately clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The bedsheets were visibly stained and dirty, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were marks and stains on the door, the floors appeared unvacuumed, and overall, the space felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.
In the bathroom, I found a used razor left behind in the shower and what appeared to be blue shampoo residue smeared on the walls. Not to mention the shower was full of mould and has not been cleaned properly in some time. The TV had no remote, and when I eventually managed to turn it on, I was unable to turn it off.
I attempted to contact the advertised 24/7 support service on both listed phone numbers - one was disconnected, and the other stated it was unavailable. The online chat function did not work, and despite emailing around 10pm, I did not receive a reply until close to 2am. With no assistance available, I had no choice but to sleep on top of the covers, as I was unwilling to use the unclean bed.
While the sheets were replaced the following day, the bathroom was not cleaned and the second night was marginally better, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standard advertised. I advised the staff member who did eventually call me about the sheets that I wanted the bathroom checked too- clearly this was not done as the razor was discovered when I returned to my room to have a shower.
I was eventually offered a $100 refund for the first night stay - LESS than the room rate for the night. Realising I was not going to get any sensible offer from the accommodation I reluctantly accepted. The refund has been processed by booking.com and it was only $92.00. DISGUSTING.
