Great remote experience

We stayed 1 night in CABN Lilly. Perfect stay for us. Small, cosy and everything we needed was there.
Enjoyed the peaceful environment and lots of birds around the vineyards.

Comfortable and perfect location

We here for the second year out of three for a birthday.
Very comfortable (soft) bed, lots of pillows, cushions, everything you would need if you dont need hairdryers or coffee machines.
Very quiet spot with fantastic views about 2 km from wineries. The 3 CABNs are separate and its private enough. The AC generator can be heard by Lily but probably not by the other 2, and it was ok seeing as both times weve stayed its been over 40 degrees so AC definitely needed.
There are more than enough USB and sockets.
The shower is good, the cooking facilities perfect for a weekend. We had a bottle of local wine in the fridge on arrival.
If youre expecting luxury and 5 star its probably more glamping. If you want an off grid couple of days in comfort in a great location, this is ideal.
Wed return a 3rd time or go to other CABNs.

Good little set up, nice spot, expensive for what it is, surprised it’s not double glazed being off grid to save on energy, was cold & cloudy when we were there & with minimal sun for the solar the generator which is about 80m away kicks in to power the heater, it’s not super close but you can hear it running.
Wasn’t as clean as you would expect, shelves etc were very dusty, email said olive oil was supplied but was no where to be found which required a trip to Clare so we could cook dinner.

Overpriced sub premium stay.

Cabn can't cope with hot temperatures so you're basically in a box with no insulation. There's no real setup for any form of nice outdoor eating, just a table on some dirt with fold out chairs. The cabns at Clare are quite close so if you're expecting privacy for some fun times with a good view you might be disappointed. Overall fun but there's definitely better places to stay for the price you pay.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback, we apologise that you weren't able to enjoy your CABN experience to the fullest, we have installed full A/C systems in the Clare CABNs, however it can get very hot in the Clare Valley
