Comfortable, great location

Comfortable hotel, great location close to Southern Cross station. Lots of food options close by. Thanks to Ronnie for his help during my stay.

You had to ask for your room to be serviced, then when it was, extremely rough job, bed not even made. Motel very run down, needs an upgrade

Helpful staff

The hotel staff ( Jonas and Sum ) were super helpful and accommodated some additional requests I had, eg. a plug for a bathtub so I could have a bubble bath after a long day and a complimentary late checkout in order to attend a Zoom call. Would come again!

Very convenient location and quite cheap but not a great room. Small and felt very dated. Staff were friendly (Kim) but you get what you pay for. Lights didn't all work. No window to open.

How many hotels turn the fridge off so your drinks are hot until you work it out and do not supply milk for coffee.
But gave me powered milk when I asked for milk.
How cheap is that.
Unbelievable.
