Beautiful quiet location. Staff were very curtious. The was very clean and tidy. Extending for late check out was very easy.

Old musty smell, out dated rooms. Thick dust under beds air-conditioning smelt terrible.
Small bath towels.
Was not informed about $300 deposit, staff were not helpful in when I did not have the funds for a deposit.
Will never be going again!!

Clean basic accommodation ideal for a overnight stay

I booked a studio villa (cheapest and most basic accommodation) as somewhere to stay while visiting a friend in Point Cook. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and were good about explaining things and giving directions in relation to the accomodation.
The room itself was basic but clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. I was impressed that there was a little kitchenette with a separate sink; most places, the only sink is the bathroom one. I don’t feel comfortable giving the place 5 stars, though, as there’s a strong musty kind of smell and the furniture and bedding looked very tired even if the place was clean.
The bathroom itself looks very modern and clean with toiletries. The only thing: I went to open the shower cap box and it was completely empty. Very annoying when I wanted a shower in the evening without needing to wash my hair.
There’s a restaurant on site but it’s only only at breakfast and around three hours for dinner. Have deducted a star for this; rather, am just letting readers of this review know in case they need room service. In saying that, there’s Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre with a Sub Way, Pizza Hut, etc and a McDonalds just down the road. Could either get something from there if need be or get Uber Eats.

Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery - one spoon!

Bad experience, save your money and book somewhere else please.

The cleaning staff left our room door open after they "cleaned" our room. We discovered it after a day out in the city. Very unhappy as there were many valuables like Christmas present and laptops in the room that could have easily been stolen. On the last day our bed wasn't make after we requested our room to be attended to.
