We stayed here for a night to stop off on the way up coast. It was perfect for what we wanted, just a place to sleep for the night before heading off in the morning. The room was clean and perfect for the night. It had free parking for guests and right next to the airport for those travelling by plane. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Worst nights stay!!

Recently stayed here before travelling to Brisbane on early flight out of Mackay. The room we were given was disgraceful the bed sheets had holes ripped in them, bed looked like it hadn’t been made and we even found hairs the pillows were cheap and nasty. We ended up sleeping on top of bed well not much sleep.The hotel was full of FIFO workers and was really busy, so no chance of room change. To be charged $150 or so for the room was ridiculous, the room in that state should never of been allowed to be used. I will not be staying there again that’s for sure!!

Great convenience to the trade area of Mackay
Typically the A/C in a wet area does get a little smelly but apart from that ‘All Good’

Quick and easy access from Mackay airport. Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable rooms. Nice dining and bar area.

Room was clean, sadly I was separated from my wife and child as we were unable to get adjoining rooms.
