This property is a little gem. Could have easily stayed for a lot longer. Everything was top notch. The owners have prioritised quality rather than jamming more properties onto a small area. The view we woke up to each morning was breathtaking

Good olives bad wine

The wines range from undrinkable filth to quite bad.
The olives are excellent.
Service inattentive and bordering on rude.

A lovely anniversary stay

We had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Adina. The villa was great; fantastic location, wonderfully up-kept and waking up to kangaroos at your back door is very special. The wine tasting was a bit average. None of the wines were particularly enjoyable (considering the competition). The olives were gorgeous and delicious, but the olive tasting experience could have been a bit more extensive. We would’ve loved to try the olive oils for example. We couldn’t get our stove at the villa working (we didn’t bother troubleshooting as it wasn’t so dire) and the spa was unfortunately not operational. The bath was super spacious, however the water was brown and super off-putting. We would stay again, purely for the beautiful views, gorgeous space and the location.

Little Ole Water Drinker, Me!

As I was the designated driver and not being a big wine fan, I happily Chauferred the missus on a small tour of the Hunter, our first visit since the early 80's! Lots of changes noted, mainly the free tastings are few and far between and nearly all charge a fee, plus some require a booking? This choice was really good, and we were the only customers for a while. The really pleasant & attentive server looked after my wife to the extent she had to slow him down as he plied her with many tastings. Most she really enjoyed but there is no pressure to purchase. You have the choice of wine & olive tastings or just wine ($15 or $10) and the descriptions & stories from the server kept us both entertained. Adina vineyard also has on site accommodation available if you want to make a big day out of it. Adina proved to be a good choice we thought.
