Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a 3% Surcharge applies to Amex and a 2% surcharge applies to all other card types. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or cash, please contact the property- funds must be cleared at least 48hrs prior to the end of your free cancellation period (see cancellation T's & C's). If paying by cash- a bond of $150/night is also required that is returned to you on departure (provided the room is in satisfactory condition). If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Lismore Gateway Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
