Excellent accommodation

This was the perfect location for our overnight stay primarily to participate in the McIvor Creek Trail parkrun. Check in details were thorough and straightforward. Our room was sparkling clean and extremely well thoughtfully appointed, we had everything we needed. The bathroom was super spacious too.
The whole building was exceptionally clean with a very nice feel. We will certainly stay again next time in the Heathcote area.

Great location, good value.

I was impressed by the communication for both booking and dining suggestions.
The location is just off the main road yet very quiet.
The room was clean and exactly as was needed. The bathroom was very modern.
The Heathcote Inn was a simple walk to town for plenty of dining options. I chose the brewery for dinner and a cafe for breakfast.

Clean, warm, comfortable & surprisingly good

We had a last minute opportunity to visit Heathcote during what was a VERY popular long weekend, and managed to find the only room available in town. Our 2 bedroom family accom was recently renovated and was warm, very clean, had a large bathroom and firm comfy bed. The layout would make it interesting for 2 couples to share, as you had to walk through one sleeping area to get to bathroom, but would be ok for parents & kids.
The self-check in arrangements worked perfectly. Our room was at the top of external fire escape-type stairs so those with mobility issues take note.
Overall a comfortable & pleasant experience, better than the exterior implied!

Small room, clean, works for when you just need a sleepover as we did after visiting family. Tina is helpful.

My score is considerate of my already known expectations of the hotel.
Trip adviser does say a pi and restaurant, but that isn’t accurate the last couple of years as they are not in use, and we knew that when we booked - so although it does say they are amenities, it’s best to be advised they are not.
The room is comfortable enough - we stayed in a Queen room this time, which has a double bed, two fold up chairs and a fold down table.
Family rooms have a. Couch and extra bed.
The bathroom has an overhead shower outlet, no hand held outlet, and is very small.
There are amenities x soap bars/shampoo/conditioner
Tina was great and gave us a late checkout again, and we really appreciate it.
You get a bar fridge some full cream milk, a kettle and coffee and tea.
There’s an automatic con/reverse cycle.
