Location can’t be beat!

Recently stayed for five nights with my partner. We had a sea facing apartment and the views could not be beat! Parking was included in an underground garage. The location was incredibly convenient, with proximity to the beach and the Paradise Centre (with restaurants, shops, and activities). The apartment was spacious for two people. The kitchen could have been better equipped, especially for a longer stay - we found it lacked some essentials for cooking meals like a bigger pot, potholders, or measuring spoons/cups. I would absolutely stay here again for the price and convenience.

View, Location, Elevators & great Staff.

The Surf Regency was amazing. 7 nights in a 14th floor Apmnt. Extremely helpful Staff. 2 Elevators from basement car parking to 15th floor with Sauna, Spa and Sun Deck. Fastidiously clean complex. Best location possible in Surfers as beach is just across a quiet road, Cavill Ave a 10 minute walk, faster than by car. Apmnt had outstanding uninterrupted views of rolling surf in front and nearby Cavill Ave.
2 bedroom Apmnt interior was User Friendly. Large washing machine and separate Dryer in Family Bathroom. En Suite large. Fantastic mattress on bed. Coles and Woolworths on Cavill but several excellent grocery outlets closer on Surfers Paradise Blvd. McDonalds so close it can be seen from apmnt but first Wendy’s in Australia on Cavill and cheaper than Maccas.
We’d return to Surf Regency.

Beach views, close to restaurants, tram and shops.
Bed very comfy in our room, kitchen dated and crockery all an mis match but still catered to our needs. Receptionist was very friendly and we were lucky enough to get an early check in at 10.20am.

Had great difficulty trying to communicate prior to arrival regarding a late check. I had to ring Expedia helpdesk twice and then it was unclear as to whether we were able to receive a late check in or not as the place is locked after 5 pm.
We managed to get in okay?
The apartment was filthy.!! The tiled floors, balconies and furniture, glass top tables etc were all dirty. After I complained they sent a cleaner in but it was just spray and wipe. The range hood was dripping with fat and grime and splash backs needed cleaning. We were disgusted and said they would not get a good review… Rececption said sorry but no offer to deep clean. This was a real disappointment as the apartment including the building, location, beach views, shops, transport and everything else was absolutely perfect. Such a shame and I have never had to give a review like this before makes me feel awful but has to be said!

It was a great location walkable to everything. The view of the ocean from nearly every room. The parking was easy and spacious.
The unit was great but the bathrooms need doing up
