The bed was not to our preference as it was quite soft, but the linen was fresh and we found suitable pillows in the choice available.

Paid for King Room got single bed

Paid for a KING room they gave me 3 x small single beds at 191cm and a senior I was not happy but didn't want to argue with reception, BUT I had to take a sleeping tablet otherwise I would NOT have slept at all, I have asked for a refund BUT NO ANSWER? I suggest you try other Hotels in Canberra this hotel also needs a renovation the room was old and the fridge made a NOISE ALL NIGHT. I had stayed here a few years ago and it was a good experience, NEVER again being treated like a dog and NOT being given what I paid for. And working also made it exhausting for me the next day as I STILL didn't sleep well, it has been over 50 years since I slept on a single bed.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean , could do with a little updating but overall a nice hotel conveniently located near the tram stop to get into central Canberra

Great stay!

Excellent stay! Room service was delivered quickly and enjoyed the ambiance in the bar area. Buffet breakfast was great. Will definitely be back!

I always stay at this hotel when in Canberra. Staff are lovely, rooms are spacious, always have parking available, it's close to the trams. The dinner menu is good, happy hour prices for drinks are good.
