Check in staff where helpful and they were abrupt, the room was as advertised but please be aware being at the front of the hotel you are above a night club which on Saturday the noise restrictions do not come into effect till 2am, so don't expect and early night. On these night's perhaps a room higher up would be better. Otherwise, great location with plenty of restaurants and cafe's about with beaches across the road all within easy flat walk. Check out staff was great.

Our stay at the Quest Cronulla hotel was everything we had hoped for and more! Location couldn't have been any better. Customer service was excellent, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well maintained. Our room was spotless, bed soooo comfortable! Our room had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Highly recommen, and hope to make a return visit.

Ok - unless you happen to want to sleep.
Terrible experience here. The place is fine unless you happen to want to sleep. I don't write many reviews and only write two kinds - really good ones when a place goes way beyond expectation and (very rarely) - bad ones when a place goes way, way short and they deserve it. So why a bad one this time? Same reason as all the all of the other one star reviews are given here - our room was on L1 right above the really really noisy pub. I called and politely asked for another room and was told the hotel was full (very much doubt it) and then told a lie "the music stops at midnight". It didn't and they know the place is open to 3am because of the complaints they get all the time ,.
Sad thing is - this could have been one of my more common good reviews if they'd simply done the right thing and moved us to another room. It would have cost them nothing and I'd have rewarded that with a good review.
So avoid this place unless you're a vampire looking for a just ok hotel and have no interest in a good night's sleep..

We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you contacted our team during your stay and requested a quieter room. We apologise that we were unable to provide an alternative room and for the information you were given regarding the venue’s closing time. We appreciate that this only added to your disappointment.
As you have rightly highlighted, our location does mean that some of our lower-level rooms can be affected by some noise from the nearby venue, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.

Beautiful hotel and spaces in a fantastic area
Greeted with a smile to check in after a long day's travel. Process was simple. Room very spacious and clean. Easy to follow instructions, wifi and Foxtel. Beautiful views from a perfect location and balcony. Parking is height limited so it was difficult to find street parking for my work van. Gym quite large and clean, next to the unheated pool and heated spa; a pleasurable contrast. Quite good value for all that's included. Saved a bit by cooking in the kitchenette. Overall a fantastic experience.
