Abode Belconnen Canberra ACT
Belconnen is an excellent location.
Walking distance to Westfield shopping centre .
Close walk across the road is woolworths supermarket battleshop,Black cat asian supermarket,A lovely coffee shop ,burger bar ,and a block down is a great Gelato ice cream parlour .
Loved the location & this hotel .
The resturant inside the hotel was fabulous & the pantry voucher on arrival ., Had a nice breakfast great staff .Enjoyed , the use of the sauna ,spa & swimming pool was amazing to use after my nephews wedding .Hotel has nearby Ubers to take you on your adventures sightseeing tourist spots or into the city for shopping or to the Australian War museum ,parliment house, the esplanade lake they were all great & well worth the visit .
The apartment Room was fabulous.The Showers were so hot & like a bali shower head
The Bed was comfy as like sleeping on a cloud ...amazing! All cooking facilities.
The staff went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable..I will deffinately return & highly recommend this as your choice for accommodation whilst visiting The ACT Canberra ...
15 mins by uber into the city & 20 mins to parliment house ! Perfect !

From our arrival at Abode Belconnen it has been a pleasant experience. Parking was straight forward, The reception staff were fabulous, upgrading our booking for the second night.
Restaurant staff very friendly and the meals were delicious and well presented. And great size meals, we loved the food.
Margaritas, smaller size glass than I expected, however the flavour was perfect.
King bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean and well appointed. Quiet stay on our level 2. There are dogs permitted at the hotel, we saw a couple come and go from the hotel, however, we didn't hear any while there. The hotel was very clean. We would definitely bring our dog next visit.
We were 8 minutes drive from Gio Stadium so heading to the footy was stress free driving.
The lake is a beautiful spot to walk or cycle. It's less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. We saw baby swans along the water, Really cool.
Everything we needed was close to the hotel. Even having Woolworths across the road.
Will definitely be back soon.

I had bed bugs, they were visible on the bed after waking up at 1:30am.
Caused stress and quite a few bites.
Left the hotel at approximately 2am.
Now have to steam clean my car.
Wash all my clothes on a boil wash.
Not happy.

Really great staff. I stayed 7 nights and they constantly checked whether I needed anything.
