Rooms with a veiw!
The apartment was amazing, fresh, clean and every room had a sliding glass door to the wrap around balcony! 7 windows and 6 of them were sliding doors! Close to shopping, food and the famous Cairns lagoon, where even when it was raining, was full of people, 100% would stay there again

Great location
Mantra Esplanade is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Reef Terminal and the vibrant Cairns waterfront dining scene. For those looking to swim, the public Esplanade Lagoon is only a five-minute stroll away. You truly couldn’t ask for a more ideal location.
The service was a highlight; the staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in. As an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member, I was pleased to see all benefits and upgrades honored, which added significant value to the stay.
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that felt like a home away from home, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is worth noting that full housekeeping is only provided once a week; however, the staff are happy to provide fresh towels or other essentials at reception upon request. While there is no on-site restaurant, the hotel features a good-sized swimming pool, and the proximity to local eateries makes dining out effortless.

Well located
We stayed here for 3 nights during our 2.5-week trip to Australia and NZ. As Cairns was in the middle of our trip, we booked the one-bedroom apt to utilize the washer/dryer (located in the bathroom). Though the room was a bit dated, it had a beach resort feel, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony where we had both the mountain and the lagoon view. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionists were friendly. We even got some snacks to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location was perfect, right across the lagoon and a 5-7-minute walk to the ferry terminal. We also enjoyed the short walk to the night market and the Little Sister restaurant. Parking is complimentary and attached to the hotel should you need one. There was a Woolworths behind the hotel.
