Hotel of choice staying Cairns

Definitely one of the best if not the best 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in Australia and Bali. Absolute bargain for the money, so don't tell anyone. Could not fault, qualitty, facilities, staff, service, views and location. Will be first choice when staying in Cairns. If driving north and within 200 ks of Cairns. Forget everything else. Just drive the extra 200 ks and stay here. John and Vikki 18th and 19th june 2026

5* price for 1* hotel
The photos completely misleading. When you see the photos you expect the big retreat style hotel, what you get a small low standard hotel. The price was so high same rate as luxury hotel.
The room wall is so thin you can hear next door breathing. No management around loud noise after 10 pm. Always a group partying or walking around the corridors at midnight.
The breakfast was continental just few options which you need to wait and remind them to fill up.
Overall , Do not waste your money there.

Would stay again. Lovely staff,spacious room and comfy beds. Room could do with some modernising but everything was clean and working. Recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had easy access to so many places, and the view was wonderful from our room. Bed was comfortable but the room definitely needs some updating. The bathroom made a lot of loud noises. We also enjoyed the food at breakfast and in room service. Overall we definitely would recommend staying here!

Good value and easy location.

Great value for money and the location a bit further down from main strip was quieter. Lovely staff, pool looked great (no time swim though) and nice to have a balcony for fresh air and view. Buffet breakfast was great and again good view to start the day. Appreciated the shuttle van into night market area at 4pm but lovely walk back to hotel along esplanade as sun set. If we had longer in Cairns at end of trip, would book second night here.
