Incredible accommodation in Broome WA

What a great place to stay in Broome. Fabulous tropical environment with large pool, spacious rooms and fantastic restaurant. Walk to Cable Beach and bus service near door to all locations. Staff were incredible especially Vittoria who helped rescue our phone when locked out of room early one morning. All reception and wait staff were so professional and eager to make our stay the best possible. Restaurant served Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to perfection (pasta incredible). Spacious lounge area to catch up with friends over a drink and with a view across the pool or to tropical gardens. If we go back it will be Pinctada every time.

Outstanding restaurant!

Pleasant hotel, with spacious rooms. Best thing is the restaurant which is outstanding and way beyond my expectations in Broome. Delicious anchovies and swordfish, tiger prawns, and crème caramel, good service.. Breakfast was good but could be improved by making yoghurt and basic fresh fruit available.

Great service but missed the mark on delivery.

Wonderful ambiance and exceptional service from our server, Claudia.
In fact all staff were wonderful and indeed very attentive. It was the service that saved this review. Pasta tagliatelle with veal was tasty but not served hot as it could be, the seafood marinara was beautifully presented and tasty, but lost out with overcooked mussels which had shrunk. Barramundi was reported as exceptional.
A failure to run out of the special Pear tart with vanilla ice cream and then when guests asked for the lemon tart alternative only to be told that had run out too. Very disappointing for a fine dining restaurant and priced at the high end of the market.

Nice property in Broome. Close to cable beach. Not too many restaurant choice nearby but overall a nice stay
