Great value and great stay.

5th time in Broome and first time here at Broome Caravan Park. First impression was super friendly staff (Mark and Scott) who were welcoming and very helpful.
We had a grass site with power and near pool. Both were fantastic,site good size and some shade and pool just beautiful and very amazing size.
Food vans arrived with different things on different nights.Pizza, fish &chips and BBQ meats. Very tasty and super convenient for us.
Toilets and showers are big and kept clean by staff. They are old and stained with red dust however out here everything is ! Water pressure was good as was hot water.
Overall great value for Broome and staff who really care and try to make our stay as good as they possibly could.
We will be back, thanks team for all that you do.

Terrible experience for UP travellers

Warning to people wanting UP sites: The unpowered site we were allocated was a disgrace. Having a roof top tent resulted in us being treated like second class citizens. We were expected to stay our three nights as a sardine squeezed between another 35+ similar travellers. We have better experiences and facilities when free camping. I advised reception that we couldn’t stay on the site as wanted to relax for our three nights and was informed we couldn’t have our money refunded or put into our account due to having checked in. We hadn’t done /used anything except drive through the campsite. We also had not been advised of the terms and conditions re refunds as, despite spelling my email over the phone on the morning of our booking it was recorded incorrectly and so I did not receive any booking confirmation / T&Cs. In summary we’ll never use or recommend a summerstar site again as the experience is the complete opposite to the ‘fabulous’ one they hope you have in their email at the end of your stay.

Booking online is cheaper than direct as they name their price on the day

Had booked 2 nights for a caravan site @ $120 we then choose to book 2 nights extra with friends directly with the camp and was charged $135 and our friends booked the same for $118 next door .when we questioned their was no explanation just excuses so beware before you book.

Ticks all the boxes

This is our third time in Broome and our first staying here. the service was excellent on entering, I had booked on line and then had extra requirements when booking in and the staff made every effort to assist me. I thought the pricing was good and the park is well set out with plenty of room. The pool is magnificent and will surely be worth a visit.

Will not be back ever again.

Definitely not worth the money! The showers and toilets are absolutely disgusting and haven't been cleaned in months! The pool looks nice but it's also filthy. there is a sewage/grey water problem, the ground behind my van was completely slushy and stunk. My dog drank water or something and vomited. This needs to be reported to the health authorities!
