Terrific hotel.

We were so pleased with this hotel. About a 10 minute walk from the Domestic airport to the front door of the hotel via the carpark (follow the signs). Large, spacious room with lots of natural light. Very comfortable bed, table and chair, coffee making facilities and safe. Our room overlooked the hotel. Really fresh and new feel about the room even though the hotel is 7 years old. We feel like the room must have been refurbed as felt new. Shuttle to the international airport for $9 per person. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Not family friendly

Rooms are fine. Early check in was appreciated (but at a $60 cost!) Location is handy but a bit of a walk. Could probably uber from the cheaper and friendlier nearby hotels in the same time. The reason for my poor rating is a staff member made my family feel incredibly unwelcome. I really don't want to go into details. But be warned this might be more of a business hotel than suited for anyone with kids.

Pullman at Brissy airport

Check in was quick and effortless because of very good reception staff, restaurant the same with very good meal choices and quality, special shout out to Davensh for friendly informative service. Room was large clean and comfortable.

Great experience and delicious pre-flight dinner!

We had another wonderful experience at Apron restaurant - the service was quick and food delicious and a great place to stop en route to the airport! Thankyou Devanash - would never have suspected you were a Trainee - well done!

great place to stay prior to flight

Excellent clean and spacious room. Nice amenities. Very quiet for sleeping.
Personal check in with Siobhan was swift and efficient. She also booked, for us, an early morning shuttle ($9 per person) to the International terminal early the next morning.
An easy 10 minute walk (through the carpark buildings) to the Domestic terminal, where we located the free bus to DFO & Woolworths supermarket.
