Comfortable Stay and Friendly Service

We had a very pleasant stay at this hostel in Brisbane. We arrived quite late after spending the whole day out, but the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable right away.
The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. We also appreciated how quiet the hostel was during the night, which allowed us to rest well without any disturbances.
Overall, everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Brisbane.

Our room was great . On the ground floor, very well equipped . Had a lovely pool too . Near the Center of Byron bay . Felt safe.

Noisy, go elsewhere

I booked a double room here to start my trip, before moving into dorms. The separate room was on floor 4 and I have never stayed somewhere so noisy. The crashing, slamming, sound of furniture moving from above was unlike I've heard before. This was Constant from around 6/7am. The noise from the corridors also made it difficult to sleep through the night. If you are planning to book a private room to rest- just go elsewhere. The private rooms are not worth the price.

Hostel in heart of Brisbane

It's a hostel with loads of overseas travelers in the Valley, which is open 24 hrs a day so... Can't say it was quiet. We had a private room with shower and ensuite so it was a little more quiet than shared dorms.
We were staying for a conference so we were only using room to sleep and prep for the day

Lovely hostel but in a dangerous area

The hostel itself is lovely, beds are clean and the kitchen is fantastic but the location is absolutely horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend you stay as it’s in a part of Brisbane with extremely high crime rates. Our tour guide even recommended that no one was to leave the site unless they had someone accompanying them. Therefore I’d recommend you stay elsewhere in Brisbane.
