Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation, subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required prior to check-in and must be paid via bank transfer. The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning requirements are identified by our team following your stay. Please note: security deposits are collected via bank transfer not by credit card. Bank transfer details will be provided following your booking confirmation. Card Pre-Authorisation at Registration Upon check-in, a pre-authorisation of $0.01 (one cent) will be placed on your credit or debit card to register your card on file. This is standard practice, similar to how hotels secure a payment method at the time of check-in. Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card available at registration.
