Budget hotel

The rooms are pretty dated , mis matching furniture etc. room was quite dusty . Rooms are close to the highway so it’s noisy . The showers aren’t the best either . Bed was comfy and nice linen. The restaurant isn’t affiliated with the hotel and has irregular opening hours so uber eats is your friend at this hotel . It’s a good budget hotel but not worth the 4star rating it has.

Awful ibis

Staff were rude. Don’t have an accident on their property, as they are the
Most unhelpful rude staff I have ever come across. They also cut your stay short.

This hotel should join Budget Motel Chain

Misleading and poor service received at Ibis Styles Albany. Nothing stylish about it. We booked a three night stay in a Deluxe room with King bed.
The room felt like an outdated motel room with no love what so ever.
What got me is this hotel is centrally located as per the picture attached. No, it’s located 4kms from town. The loud noise from traffic comes through the windows at night and really felt like a hotel for high vis people spending no more than a night at a time.
The TV was tiny (30”?) with remote unable to detect tv unless close up to it.
The bathroom cupboards were filthy and the shower flooded the bathroom as there are no enclosed screens.
The restaurant- went to have dinner and was informed they are not part of the hotel yet its advertised on the All app.
Welcome drink vouchers not applicable nor charge back to room to have all points credited on final bill. Breakfast will not be complimentary as per my entitlement as an Accor membership. Reception was fast to comment her hotel has been exempt from All benefits regarding dining yet the restaurant is advertised all around the hotel.
BBQ removed from the BBQ area that was located opposite our room, instead three bins found instead.
Would definitely return to Albany however my choice will be Hilton Garden Inn located in the centre.
