Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Any guests under 18 years of age must have a parent staying with them or parental consent signed documentation via direct with management. Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:30. Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 13:00. Check in is available after 2pm. We will text if the apt is ready before check in hours. Please advise Airlie Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. If you arrive outside reception opening hours you will need to contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions. Whitsunday Airport Proserpine is 30 minutes to Airlie Beach and the property can book the airport shuttle bus for you (fees apply as per scheduled service). Guests must inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to book this service. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit card. Please advise the property if you require single beds (twin beds), otherwise all rooms offer 1 bed (queen size or king size bed for different room types). Please note for bookings between December 25 - January 5, full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival for all bookings through the holiday period.
