Great Stay!

We were upgraded to private room by the Hotel Owner and Manager. The room was clean and had the amenities like coffee maker, slippers. The location was perfect as all the city attraction was nearby. Mr Vardan the hotel manager was very helpful and courteous. he helped us with directions, famous restaurants and nearest foreign exchange. We will choose this hostel again on our next visit.

Highly recommend this place

We stayed about 2 weeks at the private room and one night in public room.
This place is very good and is "very clean".
Very clean room, new building, clean bathroom.
The location is very good, only 3 minutes walk to the center.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Best bang for the buck. We went and checked many hostels and even 3 star hotels, and finally we choose here.
Highly recommend here

Great as a Hostel

This Hostel is in a great location, just a short walking distance to main tourist places, shopping area or restaurants.
Was clean, really clean
The price was reasonable and affordable
I think each 8 beds are located in one room with one clean bathroom
Each bed has a curtain to offer you privacy

Quite down rude staff and owner and terribly uncomfortable

It was quite shocking to see the contrast between the reviews on booking and reality! Staff talks down to guests and aggressive demand full payment right away before even showing you your room! There's a fat aggressive woman enters rooms without knocking and starts to talk loudly as if nobody is there!

clean and good access

My friend and I stayed at this hostel for four nights. Everything was clean and the hostel had good access to all the tourist areas of Yerevan. The kitchen was complete. Everything was good except the staff shifts in the morning that made us wake up as they entered the room and talked.
