Big disappointment

What a disappointment!
Hotel left adrift. No maintenance, no hygiene. Not even a drink in the room, we had to ask for the bath towels.
What a waste for this hotel which has great potential! The state should sell it to a private individual who can make it shine again!!

Supposed 4 stars, sub-zero service: an absolute disgrace, run away!

An absolute disgrace for a "4-star" hotel: pathetic service and dilapidated hotel
Avoid at all costs! My stay ended before I even saw the room:
Catastrophic welcome: Upon my arrival, the receptionist refused to take my reservation under the pretext that he had "finished his day." He promised me his replacement within 5 minutes... I waited an hour while he chatted with his colleagues.
Impolite and couldn't-care-less staff: Impossible to buy a simple bottle of water, the bar staff preferring to argue rather than serve the customer. The replacement at the front desk was even colder and threw the room key at me as if I were begging.
Deplorable premises and hygiene: Dirty stairs, smell of tobacco inside (the staff smokes on-site), very questionable clientele, and my door handle was broken and cracked.
I immediately went back down to demand a refund and left. This establishment does not even deserve one star, let alone the four it displays. Never again.

Watch out for the flight

Catastrophe hotel not only did it get worse on the catering side but also we had a bad experience, they stole my sister at the safe and in addition they stole her phone at the beach and nobody intervenes.a horrible holiday more jama8s this hotel

Very bad experience at the hotel

Very sad to be here we came here to stay and enjoy it becomes a nightmare!! We couldn't book at the reception they avoid us by keep saying it's full wich was not as we where ask to pay an additional in order to book a room we waited for hours then the security man ask us to pay an additional so we can have a room then we refuse.
After that we stayed at the bar we had a couple of drinks we just wanted to go out from the pool to the beach we were denied the security man who was wearing black shirt and black trousers green eyes became very wood to us refuse to let us go to the beach how ever we had to pay 3000da each times 2 = 6000Da to go to the beach so we done so tok the payment and was laughing at us . Very sad as we never had such an experience never go back again and never forget Such experience and I hope the manager will take consideration in future

Too bad for a renovated hotel

The hotel is super beautiful well renovated but it starts to deteriorate dirty reception the governess total absence no control lack of umbrella, dirty mismanaged yet if all the staff makes an effort and put it on track we have a nice hotel.
