Enjoy your stay in El Oued Souf

In low period (May), we showed up in Reservation in advance. The rates are very affordable.
Very good for a short stay (3 nights).
Inn with 1 room still obsolete but comfortable out of 2 booked.
Reservation team (some French speakers) and room team are very available, very friendly and do everything to make the stay go smoothly. They advise you with pleasure, accompany you in your needs (Reservation of a taxi...).
We will gladly return.

Horrible filthy hotels- Horrible hotel

Horrible! Filthy dirty, trash everywhere, lobby women's toilet indescribable. Breakfast room had disgusting tablecloths- so dirty and nasty. Staff smokes in the lobby so it stinks. Room had broken closet, dirty floors, filthy rugs, broken towel racks. Dont go! If a tour company tries to book you - say NO! Awful place.

Hello currently my sister has booked from today 1 night and 2 rooms in your hotel at this time they are still in the lobby of the hotel no room titled because so-called housekeepers we finish their services and have returned home but the 2 rooms that my sister has booked on Not been said to clean and there they are still waiting at this time if without explanations or refund how should they make tell me

Worst possible reception

Honestly, in all my life I have never seen receptionists who don't want customers in their home, as soon as I call to make a reservation, they start talking among themselves, cut off my call, I call back, they cut me off , don't even want to answer my calls, and when they answer they let me talk to myself, I hope the manager sees this comment and takes the necessary action with these workers who are doing their best to keep customers away.
