I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sabri The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Annaba

STAY AWAY!!!!

One of the worst experiences I have been able to live in the hotel industry.
This establishment is presented as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, the experience lived is very far from the standards that one can expect from an establishment of this category.
Upon our arrival, we had to wait nearly 40 minutes before being taken care of at the reception, which is already unacceptable after a trip.
But the most disappointing thing remains the hygiene, which really leaves something to be desired: dust present in the room, sheets not very clean, and bathrooms in a condition that absolutely does not correspond to a hotel advertised as 4 stars.
Added to this is almost non-existent customer service, with a particularly unpleasant welcome and behavior as well as vocabulary that are absolutely not professional.
We came in the hope of spending a pleasant stay and we were unfortunately very disappointed upon our arrival. For an establishment displaying 4 stars, the level of service, cleanliness, and welcome is clearly insufficient.
I advise against this hotel in view of my experience and I sincerely hope that this review will allow the management to become aware of the numerous problems to correct.

Avoid at all costs

Very bad experience. A most unpleasant welcome, deplorable service, non-existent cleanliness. A beach full of sea urchins, meals that give you stomach aches, and a breakfast worthy of a stomach flu. Honestly, do not set foot there.

To avoid especially , hotel deserves not 4 stars!!! 2 star max, horrible entrance with 20 stairs to get to the mini reception.. inexperienced staff, room available JSK at 8pm in the evening???? Nightmares, inexperienced, poorly maintained, nor cleanliness.. except smiling restaurant staff beautiful,.. to avoid
