The female front desk on duty on weekends is arrogant and has a poor service .

Recommendation

I stayed at this establishment twice in May 2026 and I have excellent memories of it. The breakfasts as well as the restaurants offer quality, varied, and enjoyable cuisine. The location is ideal, close to many points of interest, notably the Martyrs' Monument. The value for money is very satisfactory and the staff is attentive, always caring and concerned about the well-being of the guests (Mounia, Lilia).
I also greatly appreciated the magnificent panoramic view of Algiers, especially from Le Ciel d'Alger, where I had the pleasure of tasting delicious pastries in an exceptional setting.
I highly recommend this establishment.

I liked the food, most of the workers were helpful and assisting, the seventh floor where's the restaurant's view over the city and the sea view was amazing.
Except for the lobby you wouldn't be able to connect to their wifi, which would make you have a really bad time following your emails or do some work. So internet was my turning off point.

Unprofessional

Frankly very disappointing. It cancels reservations without warning, hangs up on you and offers no solution. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of other people's time.
