Summer August-September 2023

Please accept my review in positive aspect. The staff in reception, cleaning environment, breakfast include, communication ,beach site was in very well place you would love to go and relax and enjoy the summer time.
Only the music in the bar was loud because the choice of song was made by the younger as we are a middle age generation. WE complained and they changed. That's what I called very professional work team.I recommended very Highly to join the Hotel Freskia in Velipoja Shkoder.

The beach very far long walk not prepared ,description room balcony Seaview nothing out of it and the manager was busy to be called to be bothered with the existing booking very poor not recommending at all

Misleading Photos

The photos on Booking.com looked beautiful, but the room we received was nothing like the one advertised. It was very disappointing.
The TV had been ripped off the wall, the balcony door could not be locked, the sofa was littlw moldt, and the walls were disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. The room we booked was advertised with a modern black bathroom, but the one we got was small, outdated, green, and did not even have a bidet. There was only one mirror in the entire room.
Several amenities that were clearly listed as included were missing from the room:
* Telephone
* TV
* Iron
* Bidet
* Slippers
* Bathrobes
* Individually controlled air conditioning
Overall, the room did not match the photos or the description on Booking.com, and we feel that the listing is misleading. We would not recommend this accommodation based on our experience.

Perfect location, very good food and very friendly personnel

I stayed here for 2 nights just this weekend (I am leaging today) together with my wife.
It has all a good hotel has to offer.
Clean rooms, clean facilities and overall clean Hotel.
Beach front hotel (100 meters away from the water).
Prices are okay, there are cheaper hotels surrounding this one, but its not worth to save 10 euros for a much worse hotel.
If you ask you can get the beach chairs and umbrella for free (thus saving 5 euros a day) as I have done.
Breakfast could be better, but still you leave with a full plate.
The restaurant offers very good lunch and dinner options. Very delicious and prepared fresh.
If given the chance to come back to Velipoje, this is where I would come.

Over night stay

So I had an over night stay in this hotel and was very comfortable room! It looks like a new hotel with a very comfortable room with a good shower sat tv air conditioning! Staff were very friendly and spoke good English! The breakfast was very basic! It is in a great location right on the beach and has free parking the rear of the hotel! There are lots of restaurants and shops all along he beach and there is lots of room on the black sand beach for sun bathing and swimming! I was staying in the room on my own and the rate was 3euros or 40 Eros for 2 people! The currency is "LEK" however everywhere seemed to take euros!
