The location is quite so good located near by the sea.Can not compare it with other Small hotels in Duress.l think this is termed as BNB not a hotel or booking rooms.No kettle,no cups ,in rooms ,The way they display their breakfast is not impressing and appetising compared to other hotels.The old lady who does the cooking is the one who serves the food again.Our room was dirty for some days you would not know who to tell to do the cleaning.Outside the hotel is dirty. We had to ask for bed blanket. Got there late wouldn't find any 1 on the reception. Was so disappointed.The service is so poor though .Stayed in there for a week ,if I had booked straight with the hotel could have asked them to pay back my money.

We stayed one night, then went to Vlore. On the way back we stopped the second because we had a great time. They speak Italian perfectly and are kind and helpful. thanks

Toilet seat was loose. As in: not connected to the toilet. A previous reviewer has also described it, so it is probably the same room. Otherwise, there are the same problems with several rooms.
The hotel has potential. The location is good, but a dedicated effort is missing - in relation to the price. There are so many hotels in the area, where you can get the same or more for a better price. All in all it ends up with an average rating.
