Room

I booked for 2 nights and i left the hotel after the first night.Then knew that i was coming with a baby and they didn’t mind give extra pillow for my kid. I expected a baby bed like in every normal Hotel. The room was very small, impossible to stay with a child, bathroom also. For 180 Euro not worth. Was very disappointed to see that in the breakfast they didn’t have closed Fruits like bananas, apples ect that are important for kids.

Unforgetable experience

I had a wonderful stay with my family at Patio Mare in August 2025.
The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options for everyone.
The hotel is in a great location — just 4 minute walk to the beach, and very comfortable sunbeds.
Free Wi-fi and parking were a plus.
I especially appreciated hreat location to all local amneties and friendly staff
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Good but could be better for the price!

I was a bit apprehensive about our stay here as I had read mixed reviews online. The hotel is well situated on Dhermi beach front, at the time of our visit they are building a huge hotel in front of Patio Mare which completely obstructs the sea view, this wasn’t a massive issue for us but something to be aware of if you stay here.
Access to a private area of the beach and sun beds is great! I have to say I was shocked at how busy and commercialised the beach front is, it’s absolutely packed with sun beds and bars blaring out music. The beach does not have an authentic Albanian vibe we were looking for. If you want this you need to stay in the old town it is beautiful, authentic and quiet. It would have been nice if the hotel provided beach towels.
The rooms are well equipped and comfortable however are extremely small! We are here on a 4 week trip so have a lot of luggage and there was absolutely no storage in the room. The rooms have a fridge and kettle which is useful.
Breakfast is average at best. The fresh coffee was delicious, as was the fresh fruit and yoghurt. The cooked breakfast had been sat in the trays for a long time, it was not fresh at all so we didn’t bother with it after the first day.
Private parking included in the hotel price was a bonus for us as parking in Dhermi is limited and expensive.
Overall I would say this hotel is 3* rather than 4* and is over priced for the service it offers.

VERY NICE BUT ROOMS ARE TINY

The hotel is in a location that practically does not see the sea even if you are 30 meters from the beach, because they built a new hotel that will be ready in six months and hides the view of the sea. The rooms are VERY small and if you have to spend a week there I don't know how you live there. we kept the suitcases half open without arranging the clothes and we didn't know how to move. Angelo is an exceptional person who helps you in everything that can be useful for your stay, both in the hotel and outside and always recommends the right things. The walk is not very long, but it is pleasant and there are a lot of more or less expensive restaurants that can satisfy you in the choice of dinner.
