Fantastic.

Everything was beautiful, the location and room were fantastic, and the guy at the reception (Dimitri) is very kind, very nice, but above all, available for any information or needs. We will definitely return.

We had to switch to Franklin Rooms from helia hotel after it was disgusting in that hotel. It is the same owner at both hotels, therefore we had to change after we complained about helia hotel. We booked three nights and when we switched to Franklin rooms the manager said that in this room you will stay for two nights and the last night you will stay in a room that I will upgrade you to. Day number two comes and they tell us to check out completely, we were not allowed to change rooms even though we had booked for three nights. The service at this hotel was the worst I have experienced. The guy at the front desk with dyed hair was very frivolous when we were significantly upset but we did not get our voice heard. The girl who “helped” us contact the owner asked us to call when she was sitting in the reception, we had to do her job for her. And that the owner refused to answer when we called but answered seconds after when his employee called. Don't come here if you want to have a good experience on your vacation. Will never book this hotel again.

a really lovely property

This is a really lovely apartment - I paid extra to have one of the top floor, full sea view ones. The pictures looked really nice and if anything seeing it in real life was even nicer.
Everything in the apartment seemed brand new. I stayed here for 7 nights but could have stayed longer.
If you are booking through Hotels.com please be aware that the location is shown incorrectly on the map, it shows the property being much nearer Sarande than it actually is (going by that I walked with my suitcase, but had to get a cab when I realised the property was not there and was around another 1.5km, which with a suitcase in the heat is a long way). Without a suitcase, its around a 45 minute walk to Sarande, slightly further to get to the ferry.
There are lots of restaurants close by and the (stone) beach is less than a 10 minute walk. There was a lovely cooling breeze on the terrace in the afternoons.
Highly recommended and will return if I come back to Sarande.

Heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit complex. De appartementen zijn ruim en schoon. Wij hadden een heel groot balkon/terras. Appartement wordt om de dag schoongemaakt en wordt er nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken neergelegd.
Is wel ongeveer 45 minuten lopen naar het centrum echter genoeg restaurants in de omgeving.
Eventuele auto kan in de parkeergarage onder het complex geparkeerd worden.
Niet alles is perfect want in de keuken ontbreekt het één en ander qua benodigdheden. Zo lijken de koffiekopjes afkomstig uit een poppenhuis. Verder was bij ons de stang van de douche afgebroken. Desondanks zou ik zeker hier weer terugkomen bij een volgend bezoek.
